Our 2023 Organic Rose’ comes from a blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre picked at its most expressive moment, with medium-low brix and bright acidity.
In the nose you find strawberry, ripe melon and spicy peach. This Rose’ presents a rounded mouthfeel, well balanced with a refreshing acidity, enhancing its flavors.
We aim for lush, mouth-filling fruit and high-toned, grassy characters to keep the lip-smacking style. We also ferment in stainless steel with no addition of oak to keep the characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc intact.
