For the most balanced and lip-smacking Sauvignon Blanc on the property, we go straight to Betsy’s Vineyard where the northwest-facing slopes and soils offer ideal conditions.
Aromas of white peach, lime rind and fresh herbs mingle with the intriguing flavors of gooseberry, stone fruit and wet stones on the palate for a crisp, distinctive experience.
To maintain bright fruit character and delicate floral aromas, we ferment in stainless steel tanks before aging in a French oak/acacia hybrid barrels.
